simple things

this happened last sunday...
(me and pitpit)

i was just surprised with how a simple gesture made me glad...

me: busy washing the dishes in full concentration
pitpit: carrying two bottles of Pop litro in each hand
pitpit: ba- bye te!
me: taken aback when pitpit spoke and said goodbye, they're going home on another nearby street
me: ba- bye!
me: still washing the dishes, smiling...
........

when pitpit was four, i had a broken heart. he saw me cry. the following day, he gave me a flower.
